Privacy Policy

This beta policy explains the product's intended data handling. It must be completed with final processors, retention periods, contacts, and jurisdiction-specific rights before public launch.

Effective July 23, 2026

Data we process

We process account identity, workspace membership, brand websites and profiles, prompts and scripts, uploaded media, consent evidence, generated outputs, billing events, connected account identifiers, job history, and product diagnostics.

Sensitive credentials

OAuth tokens are encrypted with AWS KMS and are never returned to the browser or included in account exports. Payment card data is handled by Stripe. Private media is stored in workspace-scoped object storage.

How data is used

Data is used to provide generation, rendering, publishing, billing, security, support, and product analytics. Personal avatar data is used only for authorized generation and consent verification.

Sharing and processors

Data is shared only as required with configured infrastructure, model, rendering, billing, analytics, and social platform providers. Each provider's processing and regional terms also apply.

Your controls

Workspace owners can export workspace data and delete single-member workspaces. Consent can be revoked, after which new personal-avatar generation must stop. Legal retention and fraud records may be preserved where required.

Contact Pixo Labs before public beta to add the final legal entity, registered address, jurisdiction, privacy contact, and support email reviewed by counsel.
