Terms of Service
These beta terms describe the rules for using Pixo Blitz. Final public launch terms should be reviewed for the operating Pixo Labs legal entity and launch jurisdictions.

Service
Pixo Blitz helps authorized users create, review, render, and publish short-form marketing content. Provider availability, output quality, and social platform acceptance are not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
You must own or have permission to use every brand, face, voice, image, video, trademark, and social account you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing claims, disclosures, captions, and final posts before publication.
Credits and billing
Credits are usage units, not money. Estimates are shown before paid work. Reserved credits are released when supported jobs fail or are cancelled before provider usage. Subscription, refund, tax, and top-up details are shown at checkout.
Prohibited use
You may not create deceptive impersonations, unauthorized avatars, content involving minors, unlawful content, harassment, fraud, malware, or material that violates platform rules or third-party rights.
Accounts and availability
You are responsible for account security and workspace members. We may suspend abusive or risky activity. Beta features can change, and platform reviews may limit direct publishing.
Contact Pixo Labs before public beta to add the final legal entity, registered address, jurisdiction, privacy contact, and support email reviewed by counsel.
